The DioLite™ 532 uses
a high-power diode laser to optically pump a laser crystal. This crystal
produces 1064 nm of light which is then focused into a frequency doubling
crystal to produce a wavelength of 532 nm, one half of the original wavelength.
The
DioLite Optical Train The DioLite 532 uses an energy based
control system to deliver treatment fluence in laser pulses
of durations typically between 10-25 msec. Our patented passively
stabilized resonator permits instant and efficient production
of "pulse on demand" laser light. The energy based control
system combined with the "pulse on demand" feature allows
electrical and cooling components to be smaller since they
operate only during the laser pulse. The result of this innovative
technology is an extremely compact and lightweight console.
